- Services to a dwelling (r.10)
- Alteration of buildings (r.11)
- Minor works (r.12)
- Demolition (r.13)
- Consolidation of land (r.14)
- Subdivision of existing building (r.15)
- Jetties associated with one dwelling (r.17)
- Development of the Sea-bed (r.18)
- Emergency works (r.19)
